management tips for a decent mail box



In this day and age, surely they are many other ways of communication like face book, we chat ,whatsapp and so many other, but for many professional and business people email is still a more private and personal means of communication.
So therefore it is important that personal and work related emails are managed effectively.

Now let’s take a look at some of the ways we can manage your email

1. Check and go through your emails at specific time frames.
Checking your emails at a t a particular time frame, you should set an appropriate time frame to check your mails and reply them appropriately, this will reduce stress and you can concentrate on other work.
2. Mark email that require more attention, and clear your inbox quickly .
 always make it a priority to always browse through your  mail box quickly ,if an email requires special attention you can select it for further processing later .on goggles Gmail, there is a shortcut on the keyboard to mark mail for processing, the processing letter is S  this will make the email appear in your starred folder. When you are done checking your email select all the email in your box an archive them congrats! Your inbox is now empty, doesn’t it fell good to see an empty mail box.
3. use the txt expander to reply to email.
 Remember the marked email in point no 2,now its time to handle them, now you can spend as much time as you need, go through each mail in detail and respond if necessary.
I find it beneficial in replying common email using a text expander, this way I only need to type a few characters and complete sentence will appear automatically ,it saves lots of time especially emails that require a uniform reply.
